A modern house on three levels, the main accommodation being on the ground floor, Fontdouce is named after a local river. Fontdouce is ideal for a large family or 2 families as it sleeps 10+ in 5 bedrooms - 2 twins, 3 doubles (a cot and travel cot are also available), with WC's and shower or bathroom on each floor.

Ground floor comprises -

• Large southerly aspect sitting room with sliding doors to the terrace, with panoramic views over the valley, open fireplace, CD player, CDs, DVD/Video Player, a selection of DVDs & videos.
• Entrance hall with easy access from upper drive, leading off this is the cloakroom WC and a bedroom with double fully sprung sofa bed.
• Dining area with doors leading to the terrace, + high chair + baby chair.
• Well equipped kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge and internal BBQ.
• Large utility room with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
• Two bedrooms - 1 twin and 1 double.
• Bathroom and separate WC.

First floor comprises -

• 2 bedrooms - 1 twin and 1 double room (with king-sized bed)
• Shower room and WC.
